Sourcing

  • Identify the best sources for candidates in terms of the business sector, experience, and training. Establish a telephone dialogue with the candidates and verify their profile and their interest for the proposed role.
  • Motivate the best candidates thus pre-selected for a first interview.

Assessment Interview

Conducted a few days apart two interviews with two different consultants designed to Explore and deepen for each candidate his or her

  • Behaviour
  • Motivation

These two interviews are completed by a psychological exam focusing on the personality factors identified as required by the post to be filled.

Integration

  • Monitoring the integration of the candidate hired by supporting his integration with an open dialogue established between the company, the candidate, and the consultant.
