The Team

The team at CRITERE is comprised of 7 Consultants and Researchers with graduate degrees in the fields of psychology, law, human resources, management and economics.

Given this stable number it is always possible to call on former collaborators who understand Critère’s mode of functioning and are able to provide the same level of quality of service.

Concerning the Executive Search service, the consultants are versatile (multi sectors, multi functions) and they all conduct assessments and 360° interviews.

Concerning the Coaching Service, Coaching is lead by two of our Consultants qualified for this service.


President and Founder of CRITERE.

Psychologist by training, Minok LABBE began her career in Human Resources in Large International Groups (Xerox, Texas Instruments, and Thales).  Throughout her ten years of corporate experience, she successively held positions in recruitment, training, HR development and finally HR Director. In 1987, she founded Critère the company she still manages today.

She currently pilots executive search and consulting missions with top business leaders.

Catherine GUILLOUX


A lawyer by training, with an MBA from the "Institut d'Administration des Entreprises" (IAE) in Aix-en-Provence. Catherine joined CRITERE in 1996 after an initial experience in another direct recruiting firm.  She is responsible for the Executive Search missions, as well as conducting assessments and piloting 360° Interviews.
